Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zenith Skin purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return policy:
Return Policy
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.- Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@zenithskin.com.au with your order number and reason for the return.2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.3. Shipping: Pack the item securely and include the RA number. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.4. Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at hello@zenithskin.com.au.
